At present, the global power system is undergoing profound changes, and the transformer market is facing a significant supply pressure. Data shows that in 2025, the average global transformer delivery cycle has reached 115 to 130 weeks, and large transformers are even as long as 120 to 210 weeks. The delivery cycle in Europe is generally more than 18 months, while Chinese suppliers can shorten the delivery time to 10 to 12 months with the advantage of the industrial chain, and the cost is 20% to 30% lower.

In terms of exports, China's transformers have shown a strong growth momentum. In 2025, the total export value of China's transformers reached 64.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36%, a record high. From January to February 2026, the total export value reached 17.783 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.7%. The export market is diversified, with significant growth in exports to Asia and Europe, and China's industrial chain advantage has become the core driving force for occupying the global market[4].
