Structural design of dry-type transformers for solar photovoltaic power generation
Solar photovoltaic dry-type transformer can be divided into 10kV level products and 35kV level products. 10KV level products due to moderate voltage, insulation structure is easier to deal with so my company in the production according to the traditional double winding double split structure design, two groups of low-voltage line figure axial split, two groups of high-voltage coils axial layout, casting two groups of coils cast into a coil, electrical two groups of coils in parallel and unified lead out. 35KV level products due to the higher voltage, in order to ensure that the coil has good electrical properties, such as partial discharge, lightning impact performance, etc., my company in the design of the low voltage line trapped in a special structure (the company has applied for a patent on the relevant structure), according to my company's low-voltage coil structure, high-voltage wire map can be made into a line garden, reducing the number of turns of high-voltage coils, high-voltage coils, the number of segments and the number of layers are reduced, the coil is connected in parallel and unified lead. Therefore, the number of high-voltage coil segments and layers are reduced, and the electric field distribution inside the coil is more uniform.
