Yaoyi Upgrades Production & Testing Facilities for Transformer Manufacturing

Hebei Yaoyi has completed a major upgrade to its in-house transformer production and testing facilities, significantly enhancing its manufacturing capabilities for high-efficiency distribution transformers.
The upgrade includes the installation of a new automatic silicon steel sheet cutting line, an advanced vacuum drying system, and a fully automated transformer test bench. These state-of-the-art facilities allow Yaoyi to produce transformers with lower energy loss, higher reliability, and stricter quality control, meeting both national GB and international IEC standards.
"This strategic investment strengthens our vertical integration," said a company spokesperson. "By improving our manufacturing capacity, we can better control product quality, reduce lead times, and offer more competitive solutions to our clients across China水滴信用."
The upgraded facilities are now fully operational and are currently producing a batch of 500kVA transformers for a key utility client.
