Structural overview

Mining explosion-proof dry-type transformer KBSG consists of box shell, box cover, core assembly, insulation assembly, high-voltage leads, low-voltage leads and trolley for railroad track.

Transformer shell for the top open cover explosion-proof structure, in the box cover with four small hanging mix, for the box cover dismantling lifting, box shell on both sides of the corrugated steel plate, the bottom of the box using a thick steel plate, the transformer is equipped with high-voltage and low-voltage side of the junction flange, connecting the high-voltage and low-voltage switches. There are four big lifting mixes on the box shell for lifting the transformer as a whole; the two ends of the box shell are welded with grounding bolts and “Lan” grounding mark for connecting the external grounding line. Inside the transformer, there are high and low voltage chain line and temperature control line connected with high and low voltage switch respectively; temperature control adopts PT100 platinum resistance or temperature relay, when the temperature inside the transformer is too high, it will send out over-temperature signal.

Transformer core assembly by the core, clamps, insulation, etc.. The core adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, multi-stage stepping full oblique three-seam laminated structure, in order to reduce the no-load loss and no-load current; core piece incision coated with antirust liquid, the core column and the lower iron iron iron iron iron surface coated with high-temperature rust-resistant moisture-resistant paint. The clamps are made of channel steel, and the upper and lower tensioning is done by pulling screw structure, and measures are taken to prevent the relative displacement of the core and clamps, so as not to affect the quality of the product. The core insulating parts are made of domestic high quality insulating materials.

Transformer insulation assembly includes main longitudinal insulation, high and low voltage coils, coil compression and other structures. The main longitudinal insulation adopts high-quality insulation material; high and low voltage coil adopts tight winding process, which improves the mechanical strength of the coil; high and low voltage coil adopts C grade insulation paper wrapped oxygen-free copper wire, the electric field around the coil is uniform, and the local discharge is small. The coils are pressed by nails and ceramic pressure blocks, and measures are taken to prevent loosening. High-voltage leads are led by cables and low-voltage leads are led by cables or copper busbars, with creepage distances and air gaps greater than the relevant provisions of GB3836.3-2000, which will not produce sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures under normal operating conditions, and are safe and reliable for use. The trolley is bolted to the bottom of the box and can be dismantled, and the gauge of the trolley is 900/600mm.
